3 eggs
one half egg shell of water
3 tbsp melted butter
1/2 tsp. salt
about 2 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs with water. Add melted oleo and salt and then mix in flour until well blended. Add enough flour so it is not sticky. Roll out thin on a floured cloth. Rub top with flour cut in two inch wide strips. Stack on top of each other four deep and slice cross wise into 1/4 wide noodles. Allow to dry and freeze or use in homemade chicken and noodles.
