1 pound round steak, cut in strips
1 tbsp. oil
1 medium onion, sliced
1 clove garlic, crushed or 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
1 can mushrooms
2 tbsp. catsup
1/2 tsp. worchestershire sauce
4 oz. cooked noodles

Directions:
Directions:
In electric skillet brown meat strips in hot oil. Cover and simmer with small amount of water for 1 hour. Add onion and garlic; cook until tender. Blend in soup, sour cream, mushrooms, catsup and worchestershire sauce. Cook and stir over low heat until hot. Serve over noodles.
