Ingredients:  
1 1/2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
1 10 oz pkg frozen peas
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
four green onions, sliced
1 medium stalk celery, sliced
3/4 cup mayo
1/3 cup sweet pickle relish
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 head lettuce, torn into bite sized pieces
3 hot dogs sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni, rinse frozenpeas to seperate. Mix macaroni, peas, cheese, onions, celery, mayo, salt and relish. Cover and refrigerate. Just before serving toss with lettuce and hot dogs.
