3/4 cup powder sugar
2 tbsp milk
1 1/2 cups flour
3/4 cup sifted corn starch
3/4 chopped pecans

Frosting:
1 1/2 cups powder sugar
1 tbsp margarine
3 tbsp lemon juice
yellow food coloring
