Lemon taragon vinegarette dressing:
1/4 cup each vegetable oil and white wine vinegar
1/4 tsp grated lemon peel
dash taragon
salt and pepper to taste

Salad:
1/2 cup seedless grapes, halfed
1/2 cup diced cooked chicken breast
1/4 cup coursely chopped spinach and mushrooms
6 cooked jumbo pasta shells
spinach leaves

Directions:
Directions:
Blend vinegarette ingredients. Combine grapes, chicken, spinach, mushrooms and 1/4 cup vinegarette, marinate at least one hour. Stuff into pasta shells, serve on spinach leaves with remaining vinegarette.
