1 med. Onion
1 Med Green Pepper
2 lbs lean ground beef
1 lg can of whole tomatoes
12oz can tomato paste
12 oz can V-8 Juice
1 1/2 T Basil
2 T Parsley May add a pinch of sugar
2 1/2 t salt
1/2 t Pepper
2 cloves of garlic
1/4 C Italian Red Wine, if desired.

Chop onion & green Pepper, saute in butter.
Add ground beef & brown slowly.
Add All tomatoes and spices, add minced & chopped garlic.
Cook 30-45 mins to blend flavors, simmering slowly.
Cook your favorite pasta .
May add mushroom, black olives if desired.
Top with favorite Italian grated Cheese.
