2 cups flour
2 cups quick oatmeal
1-1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1-1/2 cups melted butter
12 oz chocolate chips
12 oz smuckers carmel syrup
6 Tblsp. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 6 ingredients together and pat half of it in a 9x13 pan. Bake for 10 min at 350. Sprinkle chocolate chips over the crust. Combine the carmel syrup and the flour. Drizzle over the crust. Top with remaining crumbs. Press down. Bake another 15-20 min.
