1 lg. bag of frozen Hash Browns 1/2 C. Chopped Onion 2 sticks of Margarine Salt& Pepper to taste 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup 1 Cup Sour Cream 1 8 oz jar Cheese Whiz 2 1/2 C Crushed Corn Flakes
Thaw Frozen Hash Browns Chop onions Melt 2 stick Margarine. Mix 1Margarine, Hashbrowns, Salt & Pepper. In a separate bowl, mix Sour Cream , Cheese Whiz and Chicken soup together. Mix with Potatoes, cover top with Crushed Corn Flakes and 2nd melted margarine. Bake @ 350 till bubbles.Approx 35 min. 45 min.
