2 loaves frozen bread dough
1/2 Tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 - 1-1/2cup brown sugar
3/4 - 1 cup vanilla ice cream

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw the bread dough a little, cut the loaves in half and then in half again, lengthwise. Cut into cubes and roll in the granulated sugar and cinnamon. Grease a bundt pan or 9 x 13 pan. Lay sugared cubes in pan. Make caramel of: butter, brown sugar. Boil together for 1 min. add the ice cream to the mixture. Mix and pour over bread cubes. Let rise overnight in the refrigerator. Bake for 30 min at 350.

I have made cinnamon rolls using the frozen bread dough, Rolling it out and spreading butter, sugar and cinnamon on the bread dough. Roll the dough into a tube and cut 1-1/2 inch rolls from the tube and place them into the Caramel mixture in a 9 x 13 in. pan and letting them rise.
This is the best caramel mixture I have had.
