3 # meat cut into 1/8 inch strips
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup worchesere sauce
2 tsp accent
2 tsp. season salt
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. black pepper
2 tsp. liquid smoke

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients; meat last, Soak for 24 hours. Cook in single layers in oven at 150 for 6-7 hours. Leave oven door cracked open slightly with a spoon in the door.
