2 tsp Worstershire sauce 1 can evaporated milk (2/3 c) 1 envelope dry onion soup milk 1-2 lbs ground beef
Tangy Sauce: 2 cups catsup 1 cup brown sugar 1 tbsp. worstershire sauce
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Shape into 1 inch balls. Preheat broiler for 5 minutes and Broil balls for 12-15 minutes. Pour Tangy sauce over them and heat for 20 minutes, before serving. For Tangy Sauce: Mix all ingredients together and bring to boil.
You can top these meatballs with your favorite sauce vs. using the suggested sauce.
