1 (8oz.) Carton Egg Beaters
1/3 Cup Skim Milk
1 Tsp. Cinnamon
1 Tsp. Vanilla
2 Tbsp. Margarine
10 Slices Whole Wheat Bread or French Bread

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except the bread. Dip bread in egg mixture and fry. Serve with syrup or jams.
