2 lbs cooked meatballs; if frozen-thaw 1 medium onion-sliced 1/4 firmly packed brown sugar 3 tbsp. Lipton onion soup mix (beefy works best) 1 (12oz) beer
In slow cooker, combine meatballs and onion. Sprinkle with brown sugar and soup mix. Pour beer over top. Cover and cook on low for 5 hours. Just before serving or after 5 hours stir gently so mixture coats all meatballs, and enjoy!
