1 Lb. Ground Pork
1 Lb. Ground Beef
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
2 (4oz.) Cans Mushrooms, sliced
2 (10oz.) Cans Beef Broth
2 Med. Onions, heavily diced
1/2 Green Pepper, diced
1-1/2 Tbsp. Sweet Basil
1/2 Tbsp. Italian Seasoning
2 Bay Leaves
3 Garlic Cloves, crushed
1 Tbsp. Ramsey Woodcraft Bouquet Garnish, opt.
1 (14oz.) Cans Tomatoes, mashed
2 (6oz.) Cans Tomato Paste
2 (8oz.) Cans Tomato Sauce
1 Cup Catsup
1 Cup Water
1/2 Tsp. Black Pepper
1/4 Tbsp. Salt
2 Tbsp. Sugar
1/2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
1/2 Tbsp. Worchestershire Sauce

Brown pork and ground beef in oil. Add mushrooms, broth, onions and green peppers; bring to a boil, lower heat to simmer 20 minutes. Add basil, italian seasoning, bay leaves and garlic; simmer for 5 minutes Add rest of the items, mix well and simmer 30 minutes. Makes 5 quarts.
