1/2 c uncooked rice
1 egg
1/3 chopped onion
1/2 tsp salt
2 T ketchup
1/8 tsp garlic (optional)
1 can tomato sauce (15oz)
1/2 c water

Directions:

Mix rice, meat, egg, onion, salt, ketchup & garlic
Shape into T meat balls
Place in ungreased baking dish 8x8
Mix tomato sauce & water - pour over meatballs
Cover with foil
