Ingredients:  
1 qt shredded cabbage
1/2 red pepper chopped
1/2 green pepper chopped
Soak this in brine (2 tsp salt in 1 cup water)
Let stand in hour and drain. Then chop 2 stalks celery fine.

Boil following:
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup water
1 tsp mustard seed

Directions:
Directions:
Cool and pour over drained cabbage and celery and let stand over night. Keeps for a long time.
