1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 1/2 cups ( 12 oz can) Nestle Carnation evaporated milk
1 1/4 cups ( 14 oz) Nestle La Lechera sweetened condensed milk
1 package ( 8 oz) cream cheese, softened
5 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Heat sugar in small heavy saucepan over medium low heat, stirring constantly, for 3-4 minutes of until dissolved and caramel colored, ( do not let it burn) quickly put into bottom of 2 quarter casserole dish. Place nestle carnation evaporated milk, Nestle sweetened condensed milk, cream cheese, eggs and vanilla in blender container, cover. Blend well. Pour mixture into prepared casserole dish. Place casserole in 13 X 9 inch baking dish, fill with warm water to 1 inch depth. Bake in preheated 350 over for 1 hour and 20 minutes or until knife inserted neat center comes out clean. Remove flan from hot water, cool at room temperature in casserole on wire rack. Chill for several hours or overnight. Run knife rim, gently shake to loosen, invert into serving dish garnish with decorative strawberries or guavas.
