3 eggs, beaten
1 c Kraft parmesan cheese
2 pkgs of frozen chopped spinach (drained real well)
1/2 c melted margarine
1/2 c finely chopped onion
2 c Pepperidge Farm Bread stuffing (chop in blender)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Roll into bite size balls. Put balls on a cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes at 350.

Serve with horseradish dip:
1/2 c mayo
1 T horseradish

Mix together and serve as dip for spinach balls.
