1 c butter
1/2 c brown sugar
1/2 c white sugar
2 egg yolks
1 T water
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
8 oz.chocolate chips
1 c chopped nuts
2 c flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar, add egg yolks and water, mix well. Add sifted flour, baking powder, soda and mix well. Butter 9 x 13 pan, pour mixture in, and sprinkle with chocolate chips and nuts. Frosting:: Beat 2 egg whites until fluffy, gradually add 1 c brown sugar and carefully spread over chips and nuts. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. When cool cut into bars.
