1 small onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 small green pepper, chopped
16 oz can kidney beans, drained
10 oz pkg frozen mixed vegetables
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
1 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp prepared mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and drain frozen vegetables. Combine sugar and flour in heavy pan, add vinegar, salt & mustard. Cook until think and clear, mix with the vegetables and chill.
