1 Pkg. Yellow Cake Mix
4 Eggs
3/4 Cup Salad Oil
3/4 Cup Water
1 Sm. Pkg. Lemon Jello
Icing:
1-1/2 Cups Powdered Sugar
2 Lemons, juice and grate rind


Directions:
Directions:
Cake: Combine and beat ingredients for 4 minutes. Pour into greased and floured 9x13 pan and bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 350 (or 325 for a glass pan). Insert a toothpick to tell when done.
Icing: Combine the ingredients and stir until relatively smooth. When the cake is done, poke holes in it with a fork and pour icing over the top.
