Potato Salad Dressing Recipe

1 cup vinegar
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 heaping tbsp. flour
2 tsp. dry mustard
3 eggs
1/2 qt. salad dressing
1/2 can evaporated milk
1/2 cup cream
mustard to taste

Bring to Boil: vinegar, sugar, and salt
Thicken with flour, and dry mustard; Ix with 1/2 cup water and add to above mixture , Cook as for gravy.
Set a side.
Beat 3 eggs add 1/2 of hot mixture to eggs. When mixed add rest, and mix well. Cool.
Add salad dressing, milk and cream; pour over desired potatoes, onion, boiled egg, and celery.
