2 1/2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 cup oil
4 eggs
2 cups zucchini
1/2 cup walnuts


Frosting:
3 oz cream cheese
1/4 cup butter
1 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Pre heat oven at 350, Grease 13 x 9 pan and set aside. Mix all ingredients well, and pour into prepared pan.
Bake for 35-40 minutes.
Let cool and frost with frosting.
