1-1/2 Lb. Ground Beef
2 Tbsp. Flour
2 Tbsp. Chili Powder
1 Tsp. Salt
1/4 Tsp. Ground Cumin
2 Cups Water
2 Cans Tomato Sauce
2 Tbsp. Vinegar
12 Corn Tortillas
2 Cups Cheddar Cheese, grated
1 Can Olives, sliced, drained

Cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in flour and seasonings. Add water, tomato sauce and vinegar; cook for 10 minutes. Cut each tortilla into six wedges. Layer half the tortillas, meat mixture, cheese and olives in a greased 9X13 baking dish; repeat layers and bake uncovered for 35 minutes at 350.
