2 Cups Monterey Jack Cheese, grated Corn Tortillas 1 Can Green Enchilada Sauce Oil
Heat oil in pan. Cook tortilla until bendable (about 10 seconds on each side). Dip the tortillas in the green sauce. Add cheese to center of tortilla and roll up, place tortillas in a baking dish. Pour remaining sauce over the top. Bake until cheese is melted.
