8 POTATOES, COOKED AND SLICED
6 SLICES BACON
2 MEDIUM SIZED ONIONS
2 TABLESPOONS FLOUR
2 TABLESPOONS SUGAR
2 TEASPOONS SALT
2 TEASPOONS DICED CELERY
2 DASHES PEPPER
1 CUP WATER
Ĺ CUP WHITE VINEGAR

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon, and cook the onions in the grease after removing the bacon.
After the onions are cooked, add dry ingredients. Cook over low heat until bubbly.
Add water and vinegar.
Heat to boiling stirring constantly for one minute. Stir in bacon, then add potatoes.

Serve warm.
