2 CUPS BUTTERMILK
2 CUPS FLOUR
3 EGGS
1 TEASPOON BAKING POWDER
TEASPOON SALT
1 TEASPOON SODA
2 TABLESPOONS SUGAR
COOKED PRUNES, OR OTHER FRUIT

Directions:
Directions:
In a separate bowl, beat whites until stiff.
Beat egg yolks until light. Add sugar, salt and milk.
Mix together flour, soda and baking powder and add to egg yolks
Fold in egg whites.
Place small amount of oil in each cup of preheated aebleskiver pan.
Fill about 2/3 full of batter. Place a small amount of cooked prune (1 teaspoon) or other fruit in the dough, and cover fruit over with batter.
Cook until bubbly, then turn carefully with a fork. Cook on other side until done.

Roll them in sugar when done and put on platter and enjoy.
