2 - 10 oz pkg chopped spinach
1/2 stick butter, melted
1/2 c chopped onion
1 - 14 oz can artichokes, drained & chopped
pinch of nutmeg
16 oz sour cream
salt and pepper
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, divided

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions and add the rest of the ingredients, including 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese.
Put into a 2 qt. casserole dish and top with remaining 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese.
Bake 20-30 min. @ 350.
