1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/8 tsp. gound cloves
2 eggs
1/2 c. dark corn syrup
1 can (15 oz.) pumpkin
1 can (12 oz.) evaporated milk
1 unbaked pastry shell ( 9 inch)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, salt, and spices in a bowl. Add eggs and beat slightly. Add remaining ingredients, blend well. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350 and continue baking for 40 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Allow pie to cool a minimum of 2 hours before serving.
