4-1/2 cups chicken broth
1 package (9 oz) refrigerated cheese tortellini
1 can (15 oz) cannellini beans rinsed and drained
1 c. chopped fresh tomato
1/3 to 1/2 cup fresh shredded basil
2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 to 1/4 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. shredded parmesan cheese

In Large saucepan bring broth to boil. Add tortellini cook till tender about 6 mins. Stir in beans,tomato and basil. Reduce heat simmer uncover 5 mins. Add the vinegar, salt and pepper. Serve with cheese
