1 (14 oz.) pkg light caramels
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1 German chocolate cake mix
3/4 c. butter, melted
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1 c. chopped nuts
6 oz. pkg chocolate

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over to 350. Grease and flour 13 x 9 pan.
Combine first two ingredients. Cook over low heat. Stir constantly until caramels melt, keep warm. Combine other ingreidents except chocolate chips. Stir by hand until dough holds together. Press half of dough into pan. Reserve the rest for top. Bake for 6 minutes. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and spread caramel mixture over chips. Add the rest of the dough. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Cool completely.
