8 lasagna noodles, uncooked
1 lb ground beef
1/2 pound pork sausage
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tsp dried basil
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup half and half
1 3 oz. pkg cream cheese
1/2 cup dry white wine
2 cup shredded cheddar ( I use white cheddar)
1 and 1/2 cups shredded gouda
1 12 oz. carton small curd cottage cheese
1 large egg, lightly beaten
2 cups shredded mozzarella

Cook noodles. Drain and set aside.Cook beef and next four ingredients in a large skillet. Drain. Stir in basil and next five ingredients. Stir in wine, cheddar, and gouda. Cook until it melts. Set aside.
Combine cottage cheese and egg. Set aside.Arrange 1/2 noodles in lightly greased 13x9x2 dish. Top with 1/2 meat, cottage cheese mix and mozzarella. Repeat.
Bake at 350F for 40 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
