"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Our family has experimented with this for years. We prepare it on most family brunches. We have learned to sub. sausage for ham. Swiss for cheddar and or throw anything in you like. We have even made it the night before and throw in the oven in the a.m. The guys love this! Some times it is not done in the 25 min. so keep watch. Michael and I make this together on Christmas morning. Our thing.
