Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 Tbsp minced dried onions
2 tsp chili powder
3/4 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp cornstarch
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix everything together and blend well with a spoon. Makes the equivalent amount to a taco seasoning package. For taco meat, add to 1 lb. cooked ground beef with some water & stir. Cover & let it simmer for 5 - 10 minutes on low.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I found this helpful, because we didn't always have a Taco Seasoning package when we wanted tacos. Now I use it all of the time to make tacos. You can eliminate the cayenne pepper if you don't want it spicy or increase it to 1/2 tsp if you want it more spicy.
