1 2 lb sausage
4 boneless chicken breasts
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup chopped green onion
1 clove minced garlic
1 can Rotel w/juice
2 tsp Tony's seasoning
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp cayenne (opt)
1/8 cup worcestershire (more if desired)
2-3 cups hot cooked rice
if shrimp: 10 oz pkg okra
1 tsp white vinegar

Directions:
Boil chicken in 5 qt. pot. Chop chicken & sausage. Brown in skillet. Remove and set aside. In T oil, saute onion, green pepper and garlic until tender (med. heat) In pot add Rotel, vegetables, meat, seasonings and worcestershire. If using shrimp, add okra and vinegar. Cover and simmer on low heat for 15-30 minutes. Add rice, stir. Serve
