1 cup butter or margarine
1 onion chopped
6 potatoes diced
3 carrots chopped
2 cans chicken broth
1 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in butter large pan or Dutch oven. Add potatoes & carrots to onions, add broth and cook until potatoes are tender. Add milk and heat.
