1/2 stick butter
2 medium onions, coarsely chopped
6 extra large eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup diced salami
1/2 cup diced Swiss cheese
2 TBS butter
Tomato slices ( garnish)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt 1/4 cup butter in medium skillet. Add onions and cook over medium heat until very brown, about 20-25 minutes. Set aside. Beat eggs with milk. Add salami, Swiss cheese and onions. Melt 2 TBS butter in large skillet. Add eggs and scramble until set. Serve immediately with tomato slices.

"GOOD!" but follow his proportions-- don't use too much swiss cheese as I did! I use real onions, not dehydrated ones.
