1# ground beef 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning 6 cups water (divided) 3 ribs celery chopped 2 tsp beef bouillon granules 1 cup wild rice uncooked 1/2 tsp pepper 1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce 2 lg. onions chopped 3 can condensed cream mushroom soup 1 can mushroom stem & pieces.
In a Dutch oven brown meat and Italian seasoning over medium heat. drain, Add 2 cups water, onions, celery, rice, bouillon granules, pepper & hot pepper sauce. Bring to boil, Simmer covered for 45 Minutes. Stir in soup, mushrooms & remaining water & simmer 30 minutes more.
