1 1/2# Ground Beef
3 Lg. Peppers chopped
1 Lg. Onion, chopped
2 cans 14oz each beef broth
2 cans 10 3/4 oz each tomato soup undiluted
1 can 28 oz crushed tomatoes un-drained
1 can 4 oz mushrooms stems and pieces drained. 1 1/2 cups cooked rice.

In a Dutch oven, cook hamburger, peppers, onion until done, drain. Stir in broth, soup, tomatoes, & mushrooms. Bring to boil, then simmer 30 minutes. Stirring often. Add rice. Heat through & Serve with garlic bread.
