Loaf:
2 lbs. ground beef
1 large onion chopped
4 slices of bread toasted & crumbled

Sauce:
2 (8oz.) cans of tomato sauce
1/2 cup water
1/4 t. black pepper
1/4 t. salt
3 T. vinegar
3 T. brown sugar
2T. prepared yellow mustard
2 T. Worchestershire sauce

Directions:

Mix ground beef, onion & bread crumbs. Shape into a meat loaf shape in a large glass casserole.
Pour the sauce over the loaf bake @ 350 for an hour.

You can make the night before and have it ready to go into the oven the next day. Also, if you like the sauce sweeter, add an extra tablespoon of brown sugar & a little catsup.

Leftover meatloaf is great on a sandwich with mustard & lettuce.
