1 (29 oz) can pure pumpkin
1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
3 teaspoons cinnamon
1 box yellow cake mix
1 cup chopped pecans
3/4 cup melted margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix first six ingredients until well blended and pour batter into a 9 x 13 inch greased pan. Sprinkle cake mix on top and then cover with pecans. Pour melted margarine over top. Bake 50 minutes. Serve with whip cream.

I found this recipe in my mothers (Vina McMillan) recipe drawer. She always was cutting recipes out of old magazines and this was one of those. She loved to Bake and have something sweet on hand, just in case someone should stop by. She loved company. When I bake this I always think of her.She is sadly missed by all her family.
