1 lb. lean ground turkey (not extra lean)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp worchester sauce
1 cup parmasean cheese
1/2 cup minced onion
2 garlic cloves minced
1 egg (beaten)
1 tbsp dried parsley
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp red pepper flakes

Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl with hands, do not over mix, it can cause it to be tough. Form into a meatloaf pan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until cooked through. If the meatloaf browns too much on top cover with foil.
