1/3 Cup oliveoil
1 Med onion chopped and dices
2 tsp or more if you like the gahlic
2 28 ounce cans crushed tomatoes
1tbsp oregano
1 tsp Basil
1/3 cup brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions in Olive oil until soft and transparent.
Add minced garlic saute 2 minutes more just to release the garlic, then add crushed tomatoes and spices and sugar, let simmer for a half hour if you've got time to really let the flavors meld together. Serve over pasta. You of course can add browned italian sausage or hamburger to this as well.
