1 303 CAN (12 OUNCES) CANNED SALMON, GOOD QUALITY
2 EGGS
2 TABLESPOONS FLOUR
CUP SALTINE CRACKER CRUMBS
CUP DICED ONION
1/4 TEASPOON GROUND BLACK PEPPER

Directions:
Directions:
Drain salmon, and mix together above ingredients.
Form into patties.
Fry in HOT oil on both sides until golden brown.
