CUP OLIVE OIL
CUP PEANUT OIL
CUP RED WINE VINEGAR
CUP WHITE WINE VINEGAR
1 TABLESPOON DRIED MUSTARD
2 TEASPOONS SUGAR
1 TEASPOON FENNEL, GROUND
2 TABLESPOONS LEMON JUICE
1/8 CUP DRIED PARSELY
1/4 TEASPOON SALT
1/4 TEASPOON PEPPER

Directions:
Directions:
Blend the oils and vinegars. Add the sugar, mustard, and fennel. Finally add the lemon juice, parsley, salt and pepper.
