1 GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST
CUP SUGAR
2 CUPS PLAIN YOGURT (NON-FAT)
1/3 CUP COLD WATER
1 PACKAGE GELATIN (25 OUNCES)
1 TABLESPOON LIME JUICE
2 CUPS WHIPPING CREAM (NON-FAT)
1 TEASPOONS VANILLA
1 TEASPOON LIME ZEST
1 DROP GREEN FOOD COLORING

Directions:
Directions:
Stir sugar into yogurt.
Sprinkle gelatin over cold water. Let sit 2 minutes then microwave for 40 seconds.
Add gelatin and remaining ingredients to yogurt.
Fold into crust and set in refrigerator for 2 hours.
Serve with strawberries. (Optional).
