1 CUPS SUGAR
1 CUP BUTTER, SOFTENED
2 EGGS
2 3/4 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
2 TEASPOONS CREAM OF TARTER
1 TEASPOON BAKING SODA
1/4 TEASPOON SALT
3 TABLESPOONS SUGAR

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400. Mix 1 cups sugar, margarine, butter and eggs in large mixing bowl.
Stir in flour, cream of tarter, baking soda and salt.
Shape dough by rounded teaspoonsful into balls.
Mix 3 tablespoons sugar and cinnamon; roll balls into mixture.
Place about two inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 8-10 minutes or until set.
Immediately remove from cookie sheet and cool completely on cookie rack.
