1/3 CUP OIL
1 EGG
1 CUP SUGAR
2 CUPS FLOUR
1/4 CUP MOLASSES
2 TEASPOONS SODA
1 TEASPOON CINNAMON
1 TEASPOON SALT
1/4 CUP SUGAR (TO ROLL MIXTURE IN)
1 TEASPOON GINGER

Directions:
Directions:
Mix oil and sugar. Add egg and beat well.
Stir in molasses and dry ingredients.
Form a cookie ball with a teaspoon, and roll in sugar.
Bake in 350 oven for 15 minutes.
