˝ CUP BUTTER
1 ˝ TEASPOON BROWN SUGAR
1 TEASPOON LEMON JUICE
1/4 TEASPOON MINCED GARLIC
3 TABLESPOONS TABASCO
3 CUPS VEGETABLE OIL
3 POUNDS CHICKEN WINGS, CUT APART WITH TIPS DISCARDED

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar, lemon juice, garlic and Tabasco. Remove from heat.
In a large heavy frypan, heat oil over medium heat to 375o. Fry about 1/3 of the wings at a time, turning occasionally, for about 10 minutes or until golden brown, and very well done. Drain and keep hot.
Reheat sauce in large pan. Add chicken wings and turn gently to coat.

HINT- Serve with salt and pepper, Ranch Dressing, Blue Cheese Dressing, or a tomato “hot sauce”.
