"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

1 pkg cranberries 1 c sugar 3/4 c mini marshmallows 1 pt whipping cream 1 c crushed pineapples (drained)
Grind cranberries and add sugar. Let set for 2 hours. Whip cream and add marshmallows. Add to cranberry mixture and let set for 2 hours and then add the pineapple (drained). Pecans may also be added. The cranberries are easier to grind or put through a food processor if frozen first.
